We want you to be happy with every purchase from AHL ALKHALEEJ. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Eligible Items for Return

• Unopened grocery and household products
• Unused personal care and cosmetic items in original packaging
• Defective or damaged items (reported within 24 hours of delivery)
• Incorrect items delivered by mistake

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods such as fresh food, bread, dairy, and dates (unless damaged or incorrect)
• Opened or used personal care, cosmetics, and hygiene products
• Items marked as final sale or clearance

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect).
2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
3. For approved returns, we will arrange pickup or guide you on how to return the item.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit or via bank transfer.
• For online payments, refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible items of equal value. If the replacement item costs more, the price difference must be paid before dispatch.
